I love celebrating my family and friends! While at times I consider this love for event planning to be my "guilty pleasure", it's a perfect balance to all the writing and art journaling and soul-baring I do, that would otherwise keep me curled up in an introspective ball. Planning a celebration here and there keeps me balanced and real. Plus, it's fun! I enjoy getting to use my hands to create personal details, getting to use my creativity toward such a festive end and the visual satisfaction of a well-executed event.
